Pathways College's School of Worship Leading (SOWL) provides worship leaders all over New Zealand with the opportunity to grow and be up-skilled in their worship leading.

SOWL was set up in 2012 to be a training ground for worship leaders around New Zealand.

The goal of SOWL is to take someone with a great heart and musical ability and mould them into a fully competent, trained and equipped worship leader for any church context.

There are currently two options for worship leaders who want to learn through the School of Worship Leading.

  • You can enrol in a part-time, one-year NZ Certificate in Christian Studies (Level 5), which requires 16 hours a week of study and placements and attendance at five one-day sessions throughout the year.

Pathways has helped me so much with my confidence. I spend more time with God, and my renewed faith gets me through each day whether it be a good day or a bad one.
